MERRILL, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – A Merrill man, charged in a 2023 overdose of a Wausau woman, was back in court Monday for a pre-trial conference.
Brandon Clark, 42, faces felony 1st degree reckless homicide (by delivering drugs) and felony manufacturing/delivering heroin charges.
The charges are tied to the death of then 42-year-old Leanna Wells of Wausau who died in November of 2023.
He’s next scheduled for a motion hearing on December 9.
