Matthew J. Krautkramer
MERRILL, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – A man from Merrill faces 48 charges related to animal abuse, including 16 charges of mistreatment of animals causing death.
Matthew J. Krautkramer, 34, was charged on January 8., and court records show he is free on $2,400 cash bond posted a day later.
In addition to the 16 mistreatment causing death charges, he also faces charges of intentionally failing to provide food for animals and intentionally abandoning animals.
A preliminary hearing is set for February 13.
