SAN DIEGO, CA (WSAU) – The Badgers basketball team returned to its winning ways with a 104-93 win over Providence.
Wisconsin will play Texas Christian in the championship game of the Rady Children’s Invitational. The Badgers have won the last three holiday tournaments they’ve played in.
Nick Boyd led the team with a career-high 36 points. He added 7 rebounds and 7 assissts. Nolan Winter added 19. John Blackwell had 11.
The win brings Wisconsin to 5-1 this season.
Friday’s game against TCU tips off at 4:30pm CT.
