STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – A Stevens Point man is facing charges of 1st degree sexual assault of a child under age 12 and 2nd degree sexual assault of an unconscious victim.
Jose Mata, 50, was arrested in August and was scheduled for a pre-trial conference on Monday.
He has entered a ‘not guilty’ plea.
He next has a scheduling conference set for Jan. 12.
